It was a good experience. The service was fast. Ordered via interactive service. The ambiance is very good. The resturant is well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and very polite. The interaction was very pleasant. Ordered mac meals with burger, french fries and coke. The taste was very good. This outlet has a drive through.

I recently tried McDonald’s, and the experience was quite good. The Corn & Cheese Burger was creamy and flavourful, with a perfect balance of sweetness from the corn and richness from the cheese. The Mexican Burger was also delicious — nicely spiced, with a good crunch and a satisfying taste.

I visited McDonald’s on December 30th, 2025 at around 7:50 PM, at the outlet located next to Mysore Railway Station, along with my sister, who was injured and walking with the help of a walker. I would like to sincerely appreciate a staff member named Sanjana for her kindness and care. She was extremely attentive, patient, and compassionate, making sure my sister was comfortable and well assisted throughout our visit. Her thoughtful support truly made a difference for us during what could have been a difficult outing. This experience reflects the excellent customer service and human values upheld by McDonald’s. Kudos to the management for having such caring staff. We left with not just a good meal, but a very warm and positive impression.
