Complete fraud and dishonesty.
I gave my PlayStation for a power issue and was charged 1100 after being told that the console IC was replaced. Later, when I opened the console myself, it was clear that NOTHING had been touched inside. No IC change. No repair. Just lies.
I was deliberately misled and charged for work that was never done. This is straight-up cheating customers.

People earn their money with hard work — stealing it this way is shameful.

I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT trust this shop. Always ask for proof, old parts, and video of repair. Otherwise you may also get scammed like me.

I have been wanting to buy a PS5 for a while and I've been looking over the internet for a good deal.

I bought a second-hand item for ₹7000, expecting at least basic functionality and fairness if anything went wrong. Unfortunately, the product stopped working within just two weeks, even though I had used it carefully and caused absolutely no damage. When I approached the seller for support, the response was highly unprofessional—poor communication, delays, and no real solution.

Eventually, I had no choice but to return the product. The seller refunded me only ₹4000, which means I ended up losing ₹3000 for using a faulty product for just a couple of weeks—along with the extra stress of constantly chasing them for updates.

There was no warranty, and the seller used that to avoid any responsibility. But I believe any business, even when selling used goods, should at least show basic professionalism and integrity.

So, if you're thinking of buying second-hand goods from a local shop, please be careful. Ask the right questions, inspect the item thoroughly, and be aware that sometimes the hidden costs of poor after-sales support far outweigh the savings.

I went to the store to repair my ps4 controller which has a fault. The owner was very experienced and have good hands on technical as he quickly noticed the issue and repair it. Now I am able to use my controller as it is working fine.
