Servicing is not good.. i have been pruchased croma mixer grinder.when it did nor wrok then i send to croma  repaier center..three months have been passed.but  till today  mixer grinder has not repaired..no body listen in croma's office.. concerned staff   changed  or on leave..no body give responses to customer..how many times i visit to croma shop..i am frustred..i have decided not to buy anything from croma ...very poor servicing...products are  not good..servicing is very bad...

I bought a laptop names lenovo yoga 7 2 in 1 it is a demo laptop on the bill it said it has 15 days exchange policy when I went to exchange because of the oled burn in problem it had in it they said come between 2 to 4 pm but when I went there they denied the exchange the manager also said we can't exchange very bad experience and not happy with my purchase

This is a late review but it is necessary. I visited croma nanded a few months back and the sales rep were really rude. They were not interested in showing any products and they denied credit card. They were not even interested to show any models of the product we wanted. Tbh we visit croma in different cities we live and personally I have wonderful experience every time. But nanded croma! I won't even recommend. Across the street there is a reliance mart with good people working there. Visit the reliance mart. And you croma people stop treating your customers bad just because you are in a tier 2 city. Maintain your company policy atleast.

Visited the Croma store today, and I’m honestly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism displayed. I simply asked a straightforward question about whether the card discount mentioned on Croma’s official website applies in-store — not even trying to avail it, just seeking information.

Instead of helping, the staff member rudely told me “Don’t come to the store, we don’t care about site prices.”
Is this how customers are treated for merely asking a question?

Croma should remember that people walk into stores because they trust the brand — not to be talked down to by disinterested staff. If this is how queries are handled, there’s really no reason to visit a Croma outlet again when the online experience is far more respectful and informed.

Bought a LG double door fridge, got a damaged unit. Servicing is painfully slow (15 days!) and issues keep repeating (3 times in 1.5 years). Warranty support is almost non-existent. Very poor quality and service

I have had a very disappointing experience with this store. The product I received appears to be of poor quality, and even after raising concerns multiple times over several months, I have not received proper support or service.
Despite visiting the store repeatedly and speaking with the staff and the manager, my issue has not been resolved. I feel that my concerns have been ignored, and I have not been offered a replacement or adequate customer service.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and make sure to check product quality and service policies before purchasing from this store.

Don’t buy any product from Croma nanded

Pathetic people running the place. They don't care about customer, only target completion. Also they don't match website price and offers. I was explicitly told that the website is not theirs and they have nothing to do with it. I am sure the positive reviews are paid or begged.

worst service because 7-8 day delay for installation

Hearing the name of Croma band, I visited Croma store on 18th October and there I bought a Croma 32 inch TV. The colony which is 60 km away from Nanded installed it immediately within five days the sound of that TV got damaged i.e. the sound got damaged when I gave a complaint to the store they said that we will dress the complaint the complaint was received from them on 28th i.e. the sound got damaged and their man came for a visit on 1st November and he said that its sound got damaged. If the sound of a new TV gets damaged within ten days then what company can be more useless than this? Croma is a useless brand there is no other brand than this. I will personally recommend that without buying Croma TV or any brand of Kurma, if a person buys any other brand, he will get its service and when we visited Kurma office they said that we have dressed the complaint you will get the TV only by changing the sound and not by replacing the TV.  After ten days the TV breaks down and you get it repaired, what is the point of buying a useless product? Croma is a useless brand in India and the Croma center in Nanded cheats everyone, please do not buy any small product from them. Please tell me from my own experience that the Croma center in Nanded which is located in Shivajinagar, do not buy any product from this place, it is the most useless brand and none of the staff there provides you service.

Ekdum ghattiya service. No focus on customer satisfaction. Delayed customer service, Delayed response. Once you buy the product they will make sure you will waste your valuable time in waiting. They will make every possible promise to sell their products but after that you are on your own.I don't recommend it. Thanks

Extended review for second product -

I bought a TV from CROMA and the delivery guy called in the morning, claiming he'd arrive in half an hour — the distance was just 11 km. But he showed up at 7 PM. That’s not just a delay, it’s sheer incompetence. And here’s where CROMA’s pathetic system really shines: the delivery wasn’t marked as complete that evening, so the installation process couldn’t even begin. Installation takes 24 to 48 hours, but thanks to this lazy, careless handling, the clock didn’t start ticking until the next morning when he finally updated the status.

So what did CROMA do? They robbed me of another 24 hours — all because their staff couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. This isn’t just poor service; it’s a masterclass in how to disrespect customers. CROMA’s system is broken, their coordination is laughable, and their promises are a joke. If you want to experience frustration wrapped in false assurances, CROMA is your destination.

I have got worst experience in store.The Staff is so rude and careless about customer after buying any product. Ipurchased a lenovo laptop from nanded chroma store a year ago but it is not working now . I went to check the problem of laptop but staff is not helping me I called the Manger he insisted to help but no one helped me.I will never ever recommend anyone to visit the store for any small or big product. Such a careless Staff they are. Before buying a product they talk so sweetbut after buying any problem comes they just ignore it .Worst Staff .

We have purchased one 43 inches croma tv from here. And we have got really good service and specially salse person madhav shelke provided nice information and good service as well.

They have given us fake product or duplicate product and They are not providing us services , They are not maintaining costumer and not replacing our product , we are facing problems from so many months and They are just making us to come and visit . We have talked to manager and everyone from staff nobody is corporation. We have even talked to managed They also are ignoring us and making us to vist again again .
Please do not take products from here They are not maintaining any services.
