I had a very disappointing experience at this MAX store. I went there to exchange a product that was already torn when I received it. The staff kept insisting that it must have been torn after washing, which is completely false—I had not even washed the item.
Instead of accepting the possibility of a defective piece, they kept making excuses and refused to take responsibility. This felt very unprofessional and unfair as a customer.
Moreover, one of the staff members named Suresh Kumar spoke very rudely and did not handle the situation politely at all. Customer service was poor, and the overall attitude of the staff was unacceptable.
I expected much better quality control and customer handling from a brand like MAX. Very disappointing experience

Absolutely outraged by the terrible service at this store. On my first visit, a staff member pressured me to buy an extra ₹200 product for a “discount,” refused basic change or GPay, and mocked me to her colleague, saying, “Why waste our time if she doesn’t want to buy?” I left furious.

Today, I came to exchange an item, and both her and another female employee spoke to me rudely, questioning if I had even worn the clothes. How can i wear something label on ??, Their behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Staff here clearly need serious training on how to treat customers. This is how you lose customers—pathetic service and zero respect.

I went to max bardoli the store ambience was soo good very neat and clean and store staff service was soo good they talk to me in such a nice way very politely. Collection was good and trendy. Staff who attain me was Vaishali

Some of the staff is not good they harass the customer by giving us credit even though we say that we don't want it. Customers word are not listened or understood. They make the blunder and we are the one getting insisted to take credit for next time buying.

They should look at prices on the clothing stands as it says one price on the stand when checking out they tell you a different price

Nice place for beautiful fashion hub for men, women and children's in Baben near bardoli town.

The first is a cheap clothing collection, 2nd The manager doesn't have the manners to talk, 3rd and most important refund process. Very important point, instead of giving refund, the store harass the customer by giving him credit. When the customer says that he wants his money back, his words should not be understood. Poor service & cheap collection. I am not a satisfied customer!!

Within 2 months my kids trousers torn out ,not good material,he denied for replacement.very bad service.3 class clothes hai use to acha trends hai waha to discount bhi milta hai and quality bhi achi hai.
Pls bardolian do not purchase from max

It's ok to purchase but very limited stuff there.

The worst service ever, my payment was failed and they told it will be refunded in 24 hrs, it’s been 5 days and money is still not in my account, lack of network issue, uneducated employees, no manners to talk with customers
