I recently dined at China Town and was pleasantly surprised by the options for gluten-free meals. The Chik Jade Sace dish was especially delicious, with a nice balance of flavors and textures. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciated the attention to detail in creating this dish. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten-free options.
