Not recommended at all. They charge a price of premium hotel but in reality this is very old place. Door locks are not working. Rooms are old and it needs a serious renovation. Only olus point is location. Staff is with bad attitude.

Very bad experience while booking only. Booked offline and cancelled immediately and they didn’t refund any amount.

Awesome hotel. Although but price but it was peak season. Also the reception guy was really helpful. They gave me free upgrade. The room is spacious. It has jacuzzi. Dining table, fully furnished things like dresser etc.. awesome experience.

Informed multiple times to reception -for water quality in bathroom -every time they said clear water will come in some time

However in 2day we didn’t took shower as water quality was pathetic

Absolutely awful stay. Over the weekend October 5th,2025 morning the hotel hosted an early morning aerobics class for a big group of approx 100 people with a live DJ that started at 5:45 AM and went on for over 90 minutes . The music (DJ) was extremely loud and impossible to sleep through.
What’s worse is that the hotel didn’t notify other guests in advance. We were blindsided by this disruption, as were many other guests who were not part of the event—and several of us complained by calling them early morning but no action was taken.
The staff were completely unhelpful, and didn’t offer any reasonable compensation or even a sincere apology. For a hotel stay over the weekend, this was completely unacceptable and ruined what should have been a restful experience.
If you’re looking for peace, quiet, or basic courtesy—this is not the place. I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

The hospitality is something that catches the eye! Certain rooms have a mesmerising view of the lake and the best part....the quality of food is never compromised!

A convenient location with all major tourist attractions easy to reach. Good rooms with a lake view & has all the modern amenities. The ambience is nice & overall cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a enjoyable meal with a good variety of options. Swimming pool is also available. Decent vehicle parking with round the clock security. Boarding rates might be seen on the higher side.

As a tourist our whole family goes there for peace but there are no peace at all we were accepting to wake up late in morning but hold on some aerobic workout going on there own property with very much loud noice and we all woke up around 5:45 am in early morning and this workout last till 90 minutes so we can’t get enough rest and i have baby with me and she is also wake up in early morning and cranky whole day in family trip because of those loud noise they ruined our trip and when we questioned them they say they didn’t know anything about this event oh please don’t lie if you are property manager you can plug out speaker but still they are just give ask baseless excuses and phone is not working in 4 of our 3 rooms bed experience

Had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The biggest highlight is its excellent location near the lake, offering calm and refreshing surroundings with lovely views, especially during sunrise and sunset. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy Saputara’s natural beauty.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all basic amenities. Staff was polite, cooperative, and provided prompt service, making the stay smooth and comfortable.

The restaurant experience was also very good. The ambiance was nice and hygienic, and the buffet food had a good variety of options. The taste was delicious, fresh, and suitable for families. Breakfast and dinner both had decent choices, and overall dining was satisfying.

Overall, it’s a great hotel in Saputara for a peaceful stay, scenic views, and good food. Definitely recommended for families and couples.

It was a Okaish experience in the hotel, the staff was very rude and not cooperative, we stayed for 1 Night - Paid around 12k still the service was not good the location is good but what about other things you get.

Absolutely Pathetic – Avoid at All Costs

This place is a joke. Worst experience ever – the room, staff, service, food, and even the damn parking – all a disaster.

AC in my room dies at 2 AM. After countless calls, some guy finally shows up at 3 AM, fiddles around, and tells me to switch rooms. Great, right? Nope. The new room’s AC stops working AGAIN at 3:30 AM. Guess what? No one shows up after that. We’re left sweating in a suffocating room the entire night. Not a single soul bothered until 11 AM the next morning. Utter neglect.

As if the nightmare wasn’t enough, housekeeping is nonexistent. Called multiple times, no one ever shows. Zero responsibility, zero professionalism.

To top it all off, at checkout, Satish at the reception had the audacity to be rude and arrogant – no apology, no concern, no basic human decency. Clearly, customer service isn’t even a concept here.

Don’t waste your money or sanity on this place. Plenty of better hotels out there that actually understand what hospitality means – and they don’t treat guests like garbage.
