Very bad experience I had in this rama palace hotel. Very dirty rooms, service is also very bad. Even they don't provide handwash to wash hands. Bedsheets and pillow was very dirty. Cockroaches are in the bathroom. They don't have any food or restaurant. Only for stay I have paid 1700/- . TV is only for show. They don't provide any service. No food. No tea coffee. Bed are very creaky.

Avoid this place at all costs. Fab central reservation people are not aware about the actual state of this hotel. Rooms + hotel building is so dirty that you can actually compare them to public garbage station. Never pay advance for this hotel before actually seeing it. It's beyond pathetic. I got saved just because I went there to see first before booking. Was on a road trip with my family. I just walked away after seeing the actual state of this accommodation.

The worst experience I've had with Fab till date
First the booking was done by third party person who asked for advance
The rooms and washrooms were told to be clean and neat
But when we got there The bedsheets was torn and the toilet was very very dirty
After that the third person who did the booking asked for proof for returning the advance
The worst experience I've ever had please don't improve this hotel shut it down.
I don't have the option for 0 stars that'd why I have put 1 star

Dirty uncleaned room. Hotel staff don't do any regular cleaning if you are staying for longer period.

Ac also didn't work.

Location - in PAnchavati - it has all the important places nearby - lalaram, gora ram mandir, sita gufa , goda arati you can attend in the evening ( it starts by 7PM)

At night you must visit the kalaram mandir It feels very peaceful.

Pathetic the rooms not clean bedsheet dirty, AC not in working condition it's not livable here at all. We stayed because of the location near to ghat please explore other options nearby a lot of dharmashala provides good stay option.

Apart from the excellent location nothing else about the hotel was good.
The rooms were dirty and messy, still had old and used linen. The photos shown by them are misleading. After continuous requests they changed the sheets. The lift and corridors are smelly and dirty. Service is also not upto the mark.

It is the worst hotel I've ever visited...The room and washroom were not clean...No sheets were changed...Pillows and mattresses stink...When I asked for new sheets and pillow covers, they didn't provide it... don't book this hotel, though it is in Panchavati just near Sita Gufa...

Room was not same as shown in photo, hygiene was worse, bed sheet and mattress was very dirty and old, bathroom was also not in good condition, overall the room was not worth it, not even close to value for money, the only good thing is that it is in Panchwati.

It was the worst experience. I have booked the hotel and even I have paid online. As soon as I reached the hotel they said that no rooms are available and they have given the same room which was booked by us to another person and they are saying they will shift you to a different hotel at different locations seriously pathetic service.

I have my work over there and the hotel which I have selected was near  by work but due to the unprofessional behaviour of the hotel I was unable to make it on time.
I will never recommend my friends and family to book from your site. Waste of time and money

Worst ever hotel or lodge ever stayed in life. Rooms have foul smell if the windows are closed. Bathrooms broken tiles, taps, dirty buckets and no proper hot water. On top of it no towels at all. Bedsheets and blankets smell badly. They argue if we ask them to change things. No proper doors. It seems more like a godown and restrooms for their employees. Worst service. Yet, they have the audacity to charge ₹1,000/- for non Airconditioned rooms in advance and take our details. Unfortunately we were so tired due to Pooja that we had no strength to check anywhere else. So out of no option, we had to pay to suffer all these things. It is situated rightly near temples, that's why people reach there.

Very disappointing! One of the staff asked my Aadhar card while I was checking in on 25t Dec and he did not give it back to me. Then however I forgot to collect it while checking out next day. Later I made a call to reception and he agreed over phone to courier it back to my address and even he took my address, but then neither he is picking up my phone nor is sending it to me.

I would suggest some improvements in hotel, they should think or else fix things what they claim while checking in people in the room. They claim hot water 6-10 am but no hot water available until 10, it gets hot around 11-12 pm. When you get hot water there is no cold water, for both water tap is common, so no option to mix water, you will be asked to flush toilet for 3-4 times to get cold water and by then you will end up finishing hot water. So this place is strange in terms of hot water or cold water for shower. Cleanliness was good or average, bed was okay, overall service was okay but not to condition that cost you 1000/- per night. A lot of room for the improvement hotel should focus on.

I have not checked at that hotel. There was no electricity at hotel. I have waited for 1 hr for check in. No customer support and entertain was there. Total rude attitude. The property was not clean also.

Hotels Rama palace is at good location but their service are not good. For every thing you need to call service number.like water, soap, shampoo, tv ,wifi.i have booked on last minute so Don't have much options.washroom ventilation is not good. Bed sheet changed after call to room service

Hotel is at good location in panchvati area, very near to Sita Gufa and Kalaraam mandir(Temple). Rooms are very spacious. Rooms has small gallery, with some nice views at night and you can hear chanting in Kalaraam mandir. This hotel is very good for family to stay, if you are visiting Sacred places in Nashik(Panchvati). Cheap and good food is available in hotel itself and you can find nearby as well. Blankets and bed sheets were clean. Room was also clean.

Coming to the bad experiences; Hotel does not have 24 hour hot water service(They don't have geyser), though they said we will get hot water between 6-10 in morning, but we couldn't get at 8AM. Room service I felt very slow. You may need to call at reception for multiple time to get work done. Room was smelling stinky at the time of checking so I told them to spray some room freshener, Guy nodded and never showed up. You may need to wait for long time after ordering food. TV in room had no active subscription for channels. I informed them and guy over there first said it is network/signal issue. At another day he agreed that subscription has ended and said they have recharged it but it was not working. AC was there but not working.

Located in Panchaati, in the center of Nashik, I was hosted by Vaishali, who did an amazing job, I felt cared for. It's nearby many of the main temples in the city, and the river is also close. The place has room service, and rooms are spacious, with queen size bed, a little veranda, and bathroom with shower and hot water.

Location is fantastic...but owner is least bothered about hotel...rooms are good but no tv and receptionist has weird reason for it.
On ground floor urgent cleaning is needed... it stinks at ground  floor and receptionist is not bothered about it.
If you ask for bill receptionist will give you so many reasons and not provide you the bill.
He told he will WhatsApp it but he wil not do that also...

The rooms were quite good in size. The location of the hotel was just perfect for roaming around. But the staff was not that great. We had to wait a lot and were also not properly entertained when we asked to see the room.
Overall the experience was Okayish.

DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!
Me and my family checked in and from the start only i was getting a negative vibe, and i was right. This hotel is only used by couples. Yes for that only (S*X). I don't  think i need to explain more. Only name is Rama palace but this place is hell. The staff is very rude, no basic amenities, they don't even give a 5rs soap. Also while returning our money the owner was arrogant. Pls don't come here with your family. Not at all safe. Get any other hotel.
