I recently dined at Hotel Roxy and I must say, their Kaju Masala was fantastic! The cashews were perfectly roasted and the masala had just the right amount of spice. The presentation of the dish was also impressive. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options on the menu. Overall, Hotel Roxy is a great place to try if you're a fan of North Indian cuisine. Just make sure to call ahead for reservations as it tends to get busy
