Not so good experience... gave my dell laptop for repair...but took full 3 days for diagnosing the issue.. when asked they said it is not possible to repair your laptop as the cpu is short... also claimed that they had not taken my laptop adapter whereas they had it and afterwards it was returned to my place when I told that I had the receipt as proof...

I don't know how to describe absolutely useless service
I mean they don't care about you.
The Staff always fighting with each other
Indulge in their own work scrolling and viewing there phones 📱
Even technicians are not as sharp as you'd expect
Another thing owner and their staff needs to understand that there is some value for emotions and time
Pathetic experience of buying laptop . bought laptop told to get set-up laptop after 5 hours . Still after 7 hours didn't give and still waiting. Don't go guys find some online website or visit official stores

I have not had an experience with their sales division. But their service center gave me a horrible experience. The staff keep fighting with each other, they make you wait for a long time. It is always over crowded and there is not enough space for a lot of people to sit. A lot of miscommunication within the staff. There is a lady at the front desk who always shouts at everyone in a loud voice, no matter who she is talking to. I gave my laptop for service, they said we will take 3 to 4 days to diagnose. They never got back to me. I followed up 1 week later and then again they took 4 more days to fix.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I purchased a laptop from San Infotek, and within a year, it has developed multiple issues. I have had to visit this showroom 5–6 times, wasting hours of my time, only to be ignored, dismissed, and met with a complete lack of professionalism.

The technicians at this place are shockingly careless – they don’t even bother to properly inspect the laptop. They’re too busy listening to music and lounging around while customers wait with unresolved issues. Forget fixing the problem – they won't even acknowledge it.

There is zero accountability, no customer service, and clearly no respect for people who trusted them with their money. Buying from San Infotek has been a huge mistake. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – stay far away from this place.

Sagar always gives the best service @ San infotek. It's my goto place for any kind of laptop issues
