I recently tried the Basmati Gobi Fried Rice at CPR Spice Kitchen and I have to say, it was a delicious and healthy option! The rice was cooked to perfection and the addition of gobi (cauliflower) added a delicious crunch. But what really impressed me was the fact that they offered Thums Up – a healthier alternative to traditional carbonated drinks.
