Terrible service and client handling. No mirror in the bathroom, sheets weren't clean, nobody changed it even after mentioning it during the time of check in, blanket covers were dirty and weren't changed as it got over according to the cleaner. Pillow covers were torn. Highly disappointed with the kind of offerings they have.
Even the bathroom floor was wet, even after wiping it before 7 hours. Would never suggest anyone to stay here. PATHETIC!

Booked through Fabhotels website. Shock 1 on reaching hotel was a sign at check-in...We do not accept online bookings. And ours was an online booking.  After a little hesitation, we were allocated a room, seemed to be a favour to us. Shock 2 was the room itself, no mirror in the bathroom, how to shave? Almirah with a broken handle, no hangers and nowhere to hang clothes. Not a single hook either in the bathroom or in the room.. Meant that you walk out of the bathroom to pick up your towel from the bed. Lastly, work going on on upper floors till after 10pm with sound off construction.  Rating of 2 being given for service as the night reception clerk was really helpful. Overall experience with Fabhotels and with this property was extremely poor. Total thumbs down.

As a Travel Agent I visited this property, and felt very dissatisfied and disappointed. Firstly I booked this hotel through Fab and they guyz scammed with me cause I booked a Room with View and when I reached the hotel I saw every view room is sold out and they provided a very basic room. very disappointed as the room was dirty and unhygienic, they even didn't provide basic amenities like soap & shampoo in the washroom and not cleared the items which their previous guests left their like food items and rappers in the room. Even when the time of check-out I just mentioned all the things to the receptionist he just started arguing with me instead of agreeing on their mistakes. Even their google location is different, it took me 1 hour to reach the correct location, will never suggest or recommend this to anyone even for 1 night.

The location was great and convenient for travelers, rooms are great 👍 i love the place thank you hotel baba's inn to making my experience great ❤️
