Reply to your response(edit) :-You never mentioned any “3-month warranty” at any point — not during repair, not at the time I was taking it back, not even afterward. Convenient how this “warranty” only appears after a bad review.
And you already knew I was leaving for Jaipur the next day. You took advantage of that and rushed a sloppy job, assuming I wouldn’t come back to question you. That’s not professionalism — that’s opportunism.
Also, calling me “ma’am” in your response just shows how careless and inattentive you are. You don’t even know who you’re talking to, yet you’re here lecturing about communication.
Let’s be clear:
• If the work was more complex, you should have said it before increasing the price.
• The panel you installed is loose and unstable — that’s just poor workmanship.
• You raised your voice, not us.
• You changed the price, not us.
• You escalated the situation and even invited us to your shop to continue the argument.
Instead of accepting responsibility, you’re trying to rewrite the story. But anyone reading this can see exactly what happened.
This experience isn’t a misunderstanding. It’s the result of bad communication, bad service, and bad intent — all from your side.

My father talked to the man working here and decided a price of 1600 on repair but when I went to take back the laptop he charged me 1750, when my father inquired he started shouting and denying the facts, after that he asked us to come to his shop to misbehave with us, worst part was Gaming laptop panel not working properly after installation from here, there is no stoppage on the panel, and the panel is very loose, hate this place.  Sadly I have to give them atleast one start.
