Deserves no star...don't ever step on this shop ..worst experience ever...negetive reviews from me ....bought a split  Ac 18 days back but into problem since then ...it doesn't work ... company sending guys  who are themselves recommending that it has a manufacturing default and should be replaced but this dealer is asking me to keep patience in rude and abusive  language and not doing the needful ...so irresponsible giving multiple fake reasons and wasting our time.requested him multiple times that we have our father who very soon got discharged after many days of illness from the hospital for him we had to purchase this one though we have AC's in other rooms also but never faced such issues but these people r heartless and not doing anything to resolve the issue. worst service ever received

This is a family owned business. It has a wide variety of household appliances of popular brands. From toasters to televisions, air conditioners, fridges, washing machines, heaters and so much more. The proprietor and his son are polite, courteous and really helpful. Prices are competitive and being a customer who bought a wide range of products for setting up a new house, we got a really good bargain.

We bought 2 acs  2 month ago, one was voltas and other was Hitachi, voltas ac is working good but the Hitachi AC is not working properly and the shopkeeper is not responding us, we are very disappointed with the shopkeeper and the hitachi company

Very bad experience. Very unprofessional. After purchasing an AC like Daikin, that shop owner sent a local installation guy, that too after repeated calls and request.
The installation person was a local guy who wasn't wearing any uniform and he was not a trained person.
The copper pipe which he was charging for was very high. When he found that we are going to buy that pipe he ordered the most expensive pipe and told us otherwise he will not going to do his work. He ordered extra pipe which was not needed and is of no use now resulting a wastage of money. He even didn't bring any POP or white cement to fill the hole. Our hard earned money was gone waste. And the guys didn't finish his work. No finishing work was done by them and the wire and the pipe was completely exposed. We have to call our own person to finish the work with extra money.

And it is not working at all  The seller is not replacing my ac and is being very rude n irresponsible.The engineers sent by the company are mentioning that it needs to b replaced but this dealer is not doing the needful ,instead making fake n useless reasons

poor quality and customer satisfaction...2 years before mfg product sale to me  in 2024 owner talking is so worst very bad experience never buy any product again from dis worst shop ....n never suggest to anyone
