I recently visited L'Opera and I must say, their Beurre Sucre Crepe was exceptional. The combination of butter and sugar created a perfect balance of sweetness and richness. What stood out to me the most was the taste of spice that elevated the overall flavor of the dish. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of heat in this crepe.
