I had recently given my desktop pc to them, they are a complete fraud! They mold the pins on the processor area on the motherboard so I buy a new one from them which I didn't! I took the pic earlier and matched with the received image and found they molded the pins!

They are not even deserving of 150 Rs service charge! Doing total fraud and damaging things which might would have been repaired! They damage as they can only replace and do fraud by saying first that they will try to repair, etc. Pathetic! Worst unprofessional behaviour and experience!

They call to prove me wrong, I have all camera recordings, screenshots that things were checked with audio and I made a mistake due to work I could check the processor pin socket on the motherboard trusted Akshay who came and he telling lies now to owner or whosoever! Worst!! 0 out of 10! Highly not recommended!

Don't trust any of these 4 5 star reviews, all are fake. Don't go to this shop for any repair or even servicing, they are experts in messing your laptop in a way that you have to come back to them 2 or 3 months later and they keep doing this everytime you go to them. They have made a mess of my laptop.

The display started flickering after I gave my laptop to them for servicing. After sometime the keyboard stopped working. And then all the usb ports got damaged. Shopowner says you have to change the whole motherboard.

I regret going to this shop to fix my laptop. Learn from my mistake, don't go to them.

Earphone port gone bad. Technician spotted the cause n resolved the issue within an hour. The best part is, it was done in cost-effective way with assurance if anything related goes wrong, they shall take care of it. Kudos to Icon Computer services n special thanks to the technician!!!

The worst service they provided, if you go with your laptop there there first priority would be, windows reinstall, then they check the problem. I.e. I have visited there with my laptop my Mike stopped working, shop owner first reaction was to reinstall the windows, after that he check the recorder on laptop then he realised that microphone is not working... my worries is that he would have checked this before reinstall the windows,,,,,

Hare available online and offline shoping like Motherboard, HDD, CCTV📟 security🛠️, Dore 📞Ball USB 💾hub and Extention🔌 board  branded MACHINE🖨️ and MONITOR🖥️ Networking multiple Switch good quality mouse pad, Branded Clabe VGA, HDMI, CAT-5, CAT-6 NETWORKING Cable BEST QUALITY HEADPHONES 🎧 Etc.

Icon Computer's maintenance cost is too much high than other mechanic in Gali No 7, skill level of engineer is too low. They are just bluffing to innocent citizens of Mahavir Enclave, Palam. Avoid taking services.
