Very poor service & duplicate products & bad product sale by Sargam electronic Narela delhi..my product not working from first but no anyone give me solution

Not the best of experience. If you are not dressed well they won't consider you worthy buyer and possibilities are no salesman will be interested in showing you around or answering your query. My suggestion get dressed well in suit boot..
Collection is good but employees might spoil your experience.

Huge LG store you can buy different types of electronic stuff like freezer, washing machine,TV, LED, Audio stiff etc.the stuff is good, they will help you to get best affordable electronic thing's and you can ask for demo also.there will home delivery service, they will charge for providing delivery to your home.

Worst electronic showroom every seen near by me at the time of purshase they r good bt if ur applienses have some issue thn call to sargam give execuses every time and every time payment issue with company if u can buy dg warrntee u can call every day they will give u new exceuses every time some time i posted some recording in sargam handels mail and tweet many time but no answer this is vey bad experiense from sargam i will never buy a product from sargam

Worst shop u could ever visit. Staff really disgusting. What they show is not delivered. They most of the time deliver dummy peices all the way. And sometimes they argue for delivery options. The shop doesnt have much options to choose from. On the other hand they charge far ahead of market rates. Kindly be careful after being there. Thanks

Worse experience at Sargam store Narela I have purchased a LG refrigerator the price negotiation was as large as 8k from the listed price.  Finally they have delivered the different product with minor change in model number. Later after inquiry they have refused to replace the product.

Worst delivery experience acseries not in box my bowl was not giving in oven washing machine old model giving in the delivery worst and fraud was done with me.

Dont talk too much with salesmen, they will misguide you because most of them are from brands not from sargam. Directly talk to manager, he will suggest you better.

Very nice staff . Explained every feature of the article in details. Help in making  decision , what to choose. Communication skill of staff is very good.

Some time they provide nice deal but not always... check a shop of electronic opposite to it...&  please do bargaining
