I recently visited Barshala and tried their Murg Goti dish. As a person with gluten-free preferences, I was pleased to see that they had a clear GF option on the menu. The Murg Goti itself was delicious, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. As for their behavior towards gluten-free options, they go above and beyond by providing a dedicated section on their menu and even offering gluten-free substitutes for other dishes.
