I recently tried a pizza that really stood out. The crust had the perfect balance—crispy on the outside but soft and chewy inside. The sauce was rich and tangy without overpowering the toppings, and the cheese was melted just right, giving that satisfying stretch in every bite.

The toppings tasted fresh and well-seasoned, not greasy or overwhelming. Every slice felt balanced, and you could tell quality ingredients were used. Overall, it was a comforting, flavorful pizza that I’d definitely order again .

We went with high expectations but the spaghetti aglio olio and chicken lasagna were quite basic. Ravioli and Calabrese pizza were above average.

I recently visited Pizza Express and ordered a Neapolitan-style veg pizza, but my experience was quite underwhelming. The pizza served seemed to be a different style altogether, as the crust was neither large nor crunchy like an authentic Neapolitan pizza. It lacked that airy and slightly charred texture that makes this style special.

I also tried the lasagna, which was tasty and well-prepared, but unfortunately, the overall temperature of the food was not ideal. Both the pizza and lasagna were served lukewarm, which affected the dining experience.

While the flavours were decent, I was disappointed that the main dish I ordered did not match its description, and the serving temperature needs improvement for a better experience.

when we got the bill the server said that he "cancelled the service charge" and wanted a tip for doing so. (or so i heard from my friend who paid)
well you guys CAN'T charge a "Service Tax" Anyways because it's banned and it's not my problem anymore because I'm never visiting again.
truly one of the worst experience because i had to pay for bad tasting food.

Oh and one more thing.
funny enough the food came first and the drinks came after like 30 mins or so.
so you guys reading this can tell what that means.
Edit: you know what, this place doesn't even deserve a 2 star.

We visited Pizza Express today at Elegant Mall, which has recently opened, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

We placed our order with Abhishek, who informed us that we would need to wait longer than usual because their system had hung. After a long delay, our order was finally served — but it was the wrong item. As strict pure vegetarians (Jain), we were shocked to be served a non-vegetarian pizza.

When the manager, Akshay, was called, his response was very casual — he simply said, “Ma’am, what can we do now? We are just sorry.” There was no sense of accountability or effort to properly address the seriousness of the mistake.

The staff and management were highly unprofessional. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I definitely would.

Visited Pizza Express recently and had a disappointing experience. The food was quite tasteless and lacked freshness. Definitely not what I expected in terms of quality and flavor. Hope they improve their taste and consistency going forward.

Absolutely rubbish experience. The cappuccino didn’t taste like coffee at all — it was more like Bournvita, overly sweet and lacking any real coffee flavour. The presentation was poor as well.
The sandwich wasn’t worth it either — average at best and definitely not worth the price.
Very disappointing overall. Would not recommend.

Visited PizzaExpress expecting a good meal, but honestly it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
We ordered a Margherita pizza, spaghetti, and iced mocha coffee — and unfortunately, nothing was up to the mark.
The Margherita pizza tasted like plain tomato bread. There was almost no cheese flavor at all. When we raised this with the waiter, he casually said “Margherita pizza aisa hi hota hai” — which is honestly unacceptable.
The spaghetti had almost no flavor and felt undercooked, like it wasn’t prepared properly.
The iced mocha coffee was equally disappointing and lacked taste.
On top of that, the AC wasn’t working, making the whole dining experience very uncomfortable in the heat.
Overall, poor food quality, poor service, and poor ambience. Definitely not worth the money or time.
Would not recommend. ❌

My worst experience is there.
I will go pizza express first time in unity elegante mall.
I will sit with 5 friends there and ask for menu. They had given menu, after 5 min manger comes and said we all have to vacant table because 20 persons  waiting for seating inside . Then i said is there any reservations from them then he no have any answer even no have any proof for reservations.  But I don’t want to make a scene and i left. So bad behaviour staff and my first experience is very bad, i will never go again.

Very poor service and ambience due to the location. Staff is very poor at attending customers and are not responsive at all. The location of this outlet of Pizza Express is far inferior and very open and there is a lot of noise and clutter at busy times. No air conditioner working and the staff takes a lot of time to respond and come back. If you are planning to visit this place with your family, I suggest you to not.
