It can be used to test a common rail injector for its output delivery, spray pattern, chattering, back leakage; Output Delivery to Return / back leak ratio. Description: It simulates the working of the ECU in the vehicle and provides the various injectors with driving signals. One can set the Pulse Width 'P' (Time in micro seconds / us for which the injector nozzle opens to spray hence determining the Volume of fuel delivered per spray ) as well as the Frequency 'F' (Determines the number of times the injector sprays per second) for each kind of injector enabling the user to test the various C/R injectors under a variety of test conditions. The Time 'T' can also be set - which is the time in minutes for which the test runs. One can test the spray pattern, output delivery to return ratio etc. which in turn helps determine how good the injector is, whether it needs repair or not. Comes with all electrical connectors / couplers - for Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens common rail injectors. Can be customized to work on both 110 V and 220 V power supplies. Common Rail Injector And Pump Tester

Model: 0306 Common Rail electromagnetic and Piezo injectors and CR pumps. Multi-functional single-channel simulator for complete testing and calibration of Common Rail injectors and pumps of all makes: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, Caterpillar, Cummins etc. With the help of any fuel injection test bench, you can professionally test and adjust any Common Rail (electromagnetic and piezoelectric) injector and almost all common rail pumps available on the market today. The device checks injectors one by one for the test, using 2 independent pressure regulator channels. The test database contains over 2300 test-plans for Common Rail electromagnetic and Piezo injectors and CR pumps. Injector coding is supported in Bosch, Denso and Delphi CR injectors (16 digit C2I codes as well as 20 digit C3I coding is supported). The unit is inbuilt with electronic digital measuring unit / flow sensors, which automatically measure and display the main supply / output and return / back leak flow of injectors and pumps. The values are automatically compared with the stored test plan values. Comes complete with computer and Stardex software for running the Common rail injector and pump tests. Software upgrades are provided free of cost for lifetime. User can operate the unit in Automatic mode, Test plan mode and Manual mode as well. Also the user has the capability of creating and adding their own test plan to the computer / software. User can print test results or save them as a PDF file on his / her computer.

Features: It provides driving signals to the injector solenoid and can be used to test a CR injector for its delivery, back leak, spray pattern, chattering etc. One can easily measure the return to output delivery ratio on a test bench using the CRT 7000. One can vary the pulse width of the injector (W) (in ms – milli seconds) . Also one can vary the engine RPM (N) which in turn determines the frequency of spray from the injector. It provides driving signals to the fuel metering control valve / Solenoid on the CR pump , and can energize it from 0 % to 100 %, i.e. fully closed (zero output delivery) to fully open (maximum output delivery). The CRT also provides driving signals to the fuel rail pressure control valve / solenoid which is used to increase / decrease rail pressure by operating a drain / return mechanism to drain out fuel from the fuel rail. As in the case of pump solenoid, this can also be energized between 0 – 100 %. Monitors and displays the rail pressure digitally on the LCD display, and provides automatic cut off of fuel supply once rail pressure exceeds 2000 BAR (Overpressure protection) Hence the CRT 7000 is also used to test the proper operation of the fuel metering solenoid on pump, fuel rail pressure control valve / solenoid on rail and the fuel rail pressure sensor. It is also capable of driving two DRV's / Fuel metering solenoids on Siemens C/R pumps.
