was really satisfied meeting Dr. Rajeev Ranjan. He gave me enough time, listened to everything carefully, and was not in a hurry like most doctors, where once you pay, you hardly get 5–10 minutes.
The only issue is the very long waiting time. When I went back with my reports—which took hardly 10 minutes—I still had to wait for 2.30 hours . I feel people with reports should be allowed in after one patient. I wanted to take my husband as well, but he won't be able to sit that long.

Dr. Rajeev Ranjan is an exceptionally dedicated and compassionate doctor. He always gives ample time to his patients, listens patiently to every concern, and explains things in a clear and reassuring manner. Absolutely worst, my nephew was very serious and we called the doctor before visiting and he assured us that he will meet us. We travelled 46 kms and he kept us waiting for 6 hours and after that he said that he will meet us other hospital after 2 hours. It was a waste and his coordinator was very very rude. I somehow controlled myself not to get in argument with him just because of the patient. He kept yelling at the patients. I wouldn't recommended this doctor to anyone.

I can't express Dr Rajeev Ranjan greatness in words.He is not only a excilent Dr,even A very nice person also.He is like a GOD for us.

earlier during 2012 to 2015 he was a good doctor but now his behaviour has become pathetic…he is more into buisness than profession….the way he speaks like tu tu karke is sooo horrible…he is doing buisness and tells himself the best doctor of india

We had come there to show my mother’s neuro issue to him. Firstly the appointment was at 11 am, this doctor didn’t show up until 12:45 at his office in the hospital. Then when my mother was in pain due to a neuro issue, and couldn’t hold her pain inside, this guy had the audacity to come out and yell in front of her and told her to go somewhere else and that he wouldn’t see her. I don’t understand if he’s a doctor or an enemy for patients. I have never in my life had a doctor come yell at a patient when the patient is in need. If I was there at the hospital, I wouldn’t have held back and yelled louder at him but my parents luckily are not as insensitive as him and just walked out respectfully. As patients one doesn’t deserve this kind of attitude by a doctor who they come to for help. Never go to this doctor if you are in need. He will just yell at you and not see you.

I remember dr Ranjan was the sixth
neurologist whom my family consulted after I felt stiffness in my legs resulting in some walking issues..but after consulting Dr.Ranjan  they didn't give a second thought to anyone else...
I remember the care dr Ranjan did during my hospital days while every one in my family was still worried...

There are some drs which don't talk properly and have personal interest.....
But I have consulted myself and another person....He has cured him as we don't expect that he will recover....

He is a very good doctor and the fees is very reasonable..You shouldn't wait for the appointment, you will get instant appointment. And the facilities has been also good. They treat the patient likewise his own family member. Such a great experience

He is best in the town! Extremely dedicated and humble.
Gets into the root cause of the problem and does the treatment accordingly. One of the very few doctors around who would not recommend heavy medication untill it's really required. He tries to sort out issues possibly with milder medicines. I have been consulting him for past 7 years since I have accute migraine. He helped me in a big way to subsidised the frequent attacks i use to get. His vibes are so positive. He is not just a great neurologist but an amazing psychologist too. God bless!

I visited for Neurological Problems
My wife had taken an appointment to show to doc for Glassopharengial Neuralgia. We reached the Gangram City Hospital at 1045 for an appt at 11 am. We waited for over 2 hours and after doctor can and we were waiting for our turn
- my wife had a pain spasm and was crying in pain for about 90 secs. Dr Ranjan instead of enquiring and addressing our concerns made a statement that why are such cases here.
Send her to emergency and I cannot handle this. It was a very disappointing interaction with a doctor whom we had gone to meet with great expectations.

I should have give zero rating but there is no option for that. It is extremely difficult to meet him in opd despite appointment, ......Waiting is 3 hrs. When I went to him second time to discuss reports again I had to wait for 3 hrs outside his opd again . I took a payed online consultation also,but he never called back !!!  . His coordinator Arjun is very unprofessional. He said call doctor on phone , I cannot do anything. I wasted my 4 days behind a doctor who you cannot catch . What is the point of such medical professionals. I paid two consultation fee, got all test done as advised by him. I went with my father both time . He is diabetic and sick . You can't tell a sick patient to wait 3 hrs outside opd despite paying and taking proper appointments.

He is very Humble and Down to Earth with all his patients. He Discuss all big & little movements of his patient and notice all the condition and Always Motivate to patient by saying that you are fine and will be fine soon which automatically bring energy and hope in patient's brain And I Highly Recommended for All Neuro Patients.
