Worst Experience
We Had booking through agoda, when we reached, we were told that there is water heaters issue, so we will shift to a hotel opposite for a day, that hotel was a nightmare. The actual story is the hotel is fully booked and would be vacated the next day 9.30 am.
Once we checked into this hotel the next day rooms was okay, but as mentioned for everything we had to call and ask like AC, Hotel water for all these we had to request them, in turn they also said, why do you need AC, it's cool outside.
Some swiches had come out and hanging, also found a centipede in bathroom of this hotel.
HAD VERY PETHATIC EXPERIENCE. THE WORST STAY EVER.

This is very awesome hotel for stay.. Staff behavior is very good they are like family I want to suggest to stay here.. Coz every one is like family manager to staff..

Very dirty , unhygienic  rooms .  Poor housekeeping , leaking washrooms , no hot water , bad smell

Very bad experience. The hotel is poorly managed.The receptionist is extremely rude and lacks basic manners, especially while dealing with money. They try to mislead or overcharge especially (KAMAL SINGH) Facilities are almost zero nothing as promised was provided . Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I attended a meeting there and stayed with friends two nights  three  days there the hotel is good  .the rooms are good  and spscious according your room tariff and good view and good location  near  karolbagh  metro station. Rooms  service also good

Medium quality hotel which is just to earn money with minimum or no facility. Rooms are very congested with poor air conditioning system. Washroom are poorly maintained with no support from the housekeeping. No restaurant. Room service is very poor. The hotel charges twice the amount for items which is brought from the other side of the road. Tea is available downstairs at Rs. 10/- which is served in the room from there only at Rs. 20/-.
Loundry service is also very poor. We used this service and were frustrated as they charged Rs. 100/- per piece and the quality of washing and ironing was pathetic.
Overall you can stay here only when you are out of options. Location is good as metro is nearby and there are lots of eateries around.

What a person needs after long travel is a good rest in a pre booked hotel, but unfortunately there are some people who take advantage of naive people. I booked a dulex room in this hotel not only did they shift us from one place to another, but they provided us with a regular room and argued that this is what your room is. Due to this I was late for an appointment. My personal opinion is not to book this hotel online. First check then book.

I stayed there for 3 days. Therevare few things which are very best for this hotel. Firstly, it is located near karolbaug station. Its is just 7 minutes walk from metro station to this hotel. Secondly, there are lots of street food available outside the hotel in cheap and reseanable price. So you don't need to worry about food. The rooms are in good condition and very well maintained. Its is best for couple family or personal. I like location of hotel. Further there are many hotels near this hotel but they are expensive. This one will suite to all. There are couple of things which require maintainance. Like tvs and bathrooms.  So I am giving them three stars.

Very disgusting hotel...the room, the hotel and the staff alike! Broken tap in bathroom, toilet and sanitary wares seem to have never been cleaned! Lots of dirt everywhere in the room also. On top of that they charge you a horrendous sum of money as laundry charges for their dirty bedsheet which they never change! Owner lives up to the standard of his hotel: cheap! This hotel is an absolute no-no!!

Really bad experience. Staff was totally uncooperative. Needed the room only for few hours as I had come for an interview and was planning to leave the same day. I reached a little early and requested THE staff to accommodate me. I could see the rooms were empty. He gave me the room but said he will charge extra. I had booked the room for Rs 950 for full day and just for 2-3 hours they charged me Rs. 600. I told them that i would be vacating the room around 9 PM same day and that they should adjust and not charge extra. But they refused. They started calling me from 7 PM onward asking me when i would be vacating. I was really unhappy with the staff behavior. Just looting money from people. Rooms are very very average. Location is the only good point. Anyway for piece of your mind, I would request not to book this hotel. There are many good options available in the area.
