Very poor aftersales services by sales executive mohit and his team leader zuber.
Bought fridge from them yesterday and today the delivery is scheduled but no information or message has been there from the relience team.

I tried calling mohit regarding the same but he is rejecting the call since afternoon and when i complaint about him to his team leader and asked him about the update, he didn’t respond and the team told me he went on lunch at 4:15 pm. I don’t have any idea when will the delivery happen and they promised us that the delivery will happen before 3 pm as we had to go somewhere and it’s 4:20 already.

Very unprofessional and poor behaviour from the team of relience digital of preet vihar, never going to recommend it to anyone even if the price is the lowest and competitive.

Very disappointed. I urge the superiors to check into the matter.

Worst and most worst staff i have ever seen in my life
Literally wasted my whole 5hours 40minutes giving me hope that atleast i’ll be getting ₹500 discounts so that i can finally purchase it and even applied ₹1000 discount for once and everything after that just reversed and they said now we can’t provide any discount on that speaker and literally broke all my dream and struggle of 5 hours and asked me to leave the store
And all that was done by CHITRA Senior staff

Never go to this store to buy electronics, they told me the price of Bajaj geyser was 12500 and after wasting my 1 hour they gave me a discount and told me its price was 11000 and I bought the same product from somewhere else for 9000, even Vijay Sales online price is also 9750 for same product, And the manager here is so rude, she did not have 2 minutes to talk to the customer, she made us wait for 1 hour, and even after that she did not respond to us, nor did she deal with us
