Recently tried the veg sushi at Bistro 57 and it was a refreshing twist on traditional sushi. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the rolls were expertly crafted. I also had a side of their cold coffee, which perfectly complemented the flavors of the sushi. As someone who loves ordering sushi and Japanese cuisine, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Bistro 57.
