Bad Service and Unprofessional Behavior

How reviews are good, I have no idea, saw 2 reviews from a same person also.
My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.
To begin with, instead of messaging, he would repeatedly call directly, even when I was in the middle of other commitments. On my very first appointment, I wasted an entire hour traveling to the location, only to find the office locked. After multiple calls, he informed me that he was somewhere else, without any prior notice.
After I handed over my laptop, he called to arrange a meeting. It’s worth mentioning that he is never consistently available at the shop. When I went to meet him, he demanded payment upfront, even though we had clearly agreed that the charges would be discussed after inspecting the laptop and deciding the next course of action. Despite this, he showed up without even opening or checking the laptop, once again wasting my time.
Following several unsuccessful follow-ups, I decided not to proceed with the repair and agreed to pay the inspection charges just to get my laptop back. It took him nearly three weeks to even respond. When he finally did, he asked me to come to his apartment instead of a professional workspace. While checking whether the RAM and SSD (both expensive components) were still intact, he behaved inappropriately.
To make matters worse, some laptop screws were also misplaced.
Overall, this was a highly frustrating experience marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable behavior. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with his services.

Got my laptop repaired and it's functioning properly since then..
Behaviour is very nice and professional. I thought my laptop's ram was 8 gb but he told me it's 16 gb and briefed me about other specs of my laptop as well, genuinely a nice person..

Mr. Ravinder is a very helpful person...I just called him for printer ink refill issue but he thoroughly checked my system and updated both the system and the printer and there was no need for ink refill....he spent around 3 hrs for a 10 min work ...highly recommeded...

He doesn't know how to even open sony vios laptop keyboard..he took nearly one hour to told me that laptop keyboard can't be open without removing  /dismantling locks inside.
Laptop keyboard was changed by other technician within 10 minutes without opening laptop body. And with one third of price RS told.
R S technology was told about it but he has attitude of not knowing basic and unnecessary Arguments.
Not recommended to anyone.
