True solution

I bought a expensive headphone from them and the product is great at actually less than half the market price. It was a genuine product and the seller was great in communicating over whatsapp and updating me of dispatch and stuff. He even sent me a packing video before dispatching. Product arrived in around 6 days because of the courier guy screwing up after charging me double the shipping charges. Other than that the buying experience was good. Will definitely buy from them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this true solution Before leaving home, I called and confirmed that the item I needed was in stock I traveled nearly 35 km but when I arrived, they casually said it was out of stock On top of that the staff was rude and completely unprofessional showing no respect for my time or effort They clearly don’t understand the value of customer service This level of carelessness and attitude is unacceptable I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop 🙏

This is a fraud and pathetic place. All the claims made through YouTube videos are fake. It's all a trap. They just allure you by offering big discounts through YouTube videos. For example, in YouTube they falsely say that they give you 60% off on price quoted by any website, however, they only give 30%. There is no fixed price of any product. The person there checks the Amazon pricing before quoting you his price. So it's a bet. You may get a product worth 30k at 10k or even at 3k depending upon price shown online which is absolutely Rubbish. Even the stock is very old. The long ago discontinued and obsolete products are on sale. The condition of products is pathetic. Some are just thrown in the packaging without any accessories. Overall the price quoted is not worth the condition of products and not at all near the hype created on YouTube. In the YouTube they claim that you can check the products to your satisfaction before buying but in reality they will only allow you to check the products only if you finalize and commit for purchase. Everything is contrary to what is said in YouTube videos. The person present there (maybe the owner or manager) is also very rude in behaviour and is ill mannered. His attitude is very harsh. He doesn't give a damn about customers. He is always like "buy if you wanna buy or leave the place as we have lot of customers (stupid though)". So avoid all such open box sale places. They are all scams and not at all worth your money even if you may think that you are getting a steal deal. Stay away from such places.

These guys sells fake , used secondhand products and they also assure fake warranty. My earbuds stopped working within a month and didn’t gave me a replacement or a bill. It’s better to buy a product paying some extra amount rather instead of buying the product with discount at the shop. Don’t trust these guys

More than half products products are defective, used products. Even telling about defective, store tell us go to service center, and apni Baat se mukhar jate hai. Not at all satisfied

Got a monitor from over here was perfectly packaged and shipped to me, the deal was really great and was pleased with the service.

Excellent product of sony wh-ch720n at best price with all accessories

Extremely ill mannered staff seliing cheap quality used products or even some duplicate products at a high price compared to others and makes the customer feel that they are doing some favour to us by bearing the loss themselves, this place should be avoided at any cost there are other options available that are much better than this.

Fraud (True solution) - My first experience was really bad with them I recently place an order for boya and kodak lavailer microphone ( No. Of mic 26 no. In which 6 no. Of microphone's accessories was missing when the product got delivered. I inform to their office but they are not taking our complain ,instead rejecting our call ,they are not listening our complain at all ..at the end I have to bare the loss..

So my humble request to all the purchasers, please don't place the  order online with them you will regret buying  product with them online, they will befinately cheat people.

According to youtube video and actual price on shop, actual price is too high. If, like you want to purchase Rs. 10000  Product According to youtube video, but in actual they charge 12500.

its a good company. Mainly for bulk purchase . i recommend to try once their super class services.  Very professional and quick response to problems . staff is also cooperative over the calls .
