I had an excellent experience here. I was dealing with every gaming laptop owner’s nightmare severe CPU throttling and overheating. Uncle handled the situation extremely professionally and applied Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut (liquid metal) with great care. Unfortunately, Acer’s service agent had previously removed the protective seal meant to prevent liquid metal from spreading, which could have easily fried the entire motherboard (Acer Predator owners will understand this risk). That had me genuinely worried about whether my laptop would even survive. Thanks to Uncle’s expertise and precision, everything was done properly and safely. The results are genuinely impressive, and the service was provided at a very fair price. I couldn’t be more satisfied or relieved. Highly recommended.
