May get good deals from there .he is good dealer of ac . His behaviour so nice . I get many product knowledge from here like Daikin , Voltas etc . I bought Daikin ac from him . Very nice dealing . Ac installation same day .

Had a very poor experience. The sales guys never give you the full information and post sales you come to know about about other charges. I will never buy anything from them ever again.

Good experience Overall, the guys are responsive and friendly. Effort less billing and payment .

Worst shopping experience ever. My order delivered was fridge whose basket was broken ,when I asked for replacement they were delaying it saying it will be done asap ,their delivery was highly poor, the replacement for the tray was delivered after a month that too after so much calling everyday .Today it got delivered that too the delivery people were so insolent and rude .They replaced the whole fridge instead of one tray which was damaged.They just kept it at the doorstep ,made our place dirty and didn't even get that enormous fridge inside so we were left to ourselves to get that heavy thing inside.The customer care service ,the showroom everything was bad,their management is worst I have ever experienced! I can never think of purchasing any thing from this shop ,they don't have enough labours ,proper electronics to deliver!Worst electronic shop ever.I will say never purchase a single thing from this showroom ,better go somewhere else where customer demand is actually heard and taken care of .

Update: the owner contacted me and the job was done quickly.

Previously: Ordered an AC and paid in full along with 1500 installation charge.Same day Installation was promised and 2 days have passed and AC has not been installed. The phone number is busy most likely blocked me. Returning AC at personal cost and getting refund now.

I bought a Hitachi window air conditioner from star air conditioning and i had a very good buying and installation experience! The owner was very polite and nice. He promised to get the ac installed on the same day and he did. Mr yadav who was in the installation team and his helper installed my new ac perfectly including covering the area around it with a piece of plywood after sawing it. Thanks a lot everyone and I will make sure I buy all my acs from here!

Do not go by review they have.. I have bought voltas ac from them and they gave me used one as confirmed by service center technician and again they sent me defective ac which is yet to be fixed.. And he started abusing me.. And they said we are not w
orried about reviews on google..

I bought a Windows AC yesterday and since then I am running from post to pillar to get things moving (Delivery, Installation etc.). Number provided on the website is always busy and person never calls back (Seems for some reason customer needs to chase for everything). There are quality issues with the unit that was delivered and no one is really concerned to address my situation.

Now I have escalated the case to Voltas and waiting for resolution.

I have ordered Diakin Air-conditioner split 1.5 ton through phone. They delivered me on the same day with installation. I faced no difficulty during the process. Must say prompt and quality service.

I brought voltas AC from star conditioning. It had a very good buying and installation experience with them!. Vishal Sharma ji promised to get installed on the same day and he did within 03 hours. really, it was very good experience with them.

Location is bit Hard to find. No big hoarding. Address is also confusing. It doesn't look like a shop or showroom. Godown kind look. Owner Vishal Sharma is very cooperative. He fullfill his commitment of delivery and installation.

Very professional person and good in service.
