Very disappointing experience at intune(Shoppers Stop's brand). Their current discount policy is completely unfair and customer-unfriendly. They advertise ₹500 off on purchases of ₹3000, but if two friends shop separately (each spending ₹3000 and paying with their own cards), they refuse to give the discount to both — they only allow it for one person if you come together.

Why should the discount depend on whether we walk in together or alone? Each customer is paying separately for their own shopping, so each should get the advertised offer. This kind of management decision is not only illogical but also damages customer trust.

Policies like this will only destroy Shoppers Stop’s reputation. Management really needs to rethink such “third-class” ideas before loyal customers are driven away.

A new era of value shopping has well and truly arrived gone are the days when malls used to have expensive stores only
