When furnishing my new flat from scratch, purchasing all the major appliances felt like a daunting project. Neeraj, the salesperson at Ankur Electronics, turned it into a seamless and surprisingly easy experience. I ended up purchasing almost all the home appliances like oven, microwave, chimney, hob, dishwasher, washing machine etc. from him, and his service was nothing short of exceptional.

His deep knowledge and willingness to take guidance from other experts was invaluable in helping me select a cohesive set of appliances that fit my space, needs, and budget. He was incredibly patient, never rushing as my flat renovation kept getting delayed and as I compared countless models; his advice was always practical and honest.

Where he truly shone, however, was in his coordination and dedication after the sale. Managing the delivery and installation of multiple large appliances from different brands is a logistical challenge. Neeraj took complete ownership. Very Disappointed with the Service!
I purchased a water purifier from Ankur Electronics, Sector 104, but they gave me an invoice and contact details from another branch. They promised next-day delivery and installation, but even after waiting, nothing was delivered. I also don’t have any valid number to contact them, which makes the experience even worse.
Very unprofessional and irresponsible service — I would not recommend Ankur Electronics to anyone until they improve their communication and customer support.

I found their contact online and connect after that they support me from scratch to install aircons and other appliances even as a NRI we worry about services but Their services are mind blowing so highly recommended.

Shameless people working here especially the owner . They aren’t true to their words . They promised to pay for delivery after we purchased so mic stuff from them and when the delivery person came at our doorstep  these guys straight up refused to pay . Absolute cheats !

Best prices, large collection and quick service.

This is a revised rating. After some initial hiccups (models had to be changed, sub-optimal delivery), they redeemed themselves. We bought several ACs and home appliances. There were some issues with one of the ACs, and they replaced it after some back and forth. Good collection. Attentive during the sales process. Reasonably priced for Noida. Decently responsive post sales. Overall, satisfied.
