My son had stayed in M-43 until end of June early July this year and had given one month notice. There are frequent power cuts with bad maintenance. The owner Shivansh always rejects calls and never responds regarding refund of advance and if he picks up he promises to refund but never does. Forget about your deposit money if you want to stay here. Shivansh has made the PG`s reputation bad because of his behavior, rudeness and lack of responsibility.

Owner Shivansh is always unresponsive on call and never respond your call. He talks very rudely and only message you for the rent continuously. Your one month security is always on risk even he deducted my 50% security amount without any reason. Kitchen area is very unhygienic and you will have to wait for the breakfast on the daily basis. Wanted to give him minus star rating but I can`t.

Its nice experience with this pg. I have been living here since 1 month its lovely fully furnished well cleaned and well food. Three times food and pool table available for entertainment. Its near metro station..

Greatest PG in this area with all main facilities like Clean room,good environment, Good home taste food , staff and owner are very helpful..

Facilities are awesome and staff behavior is also very nice and foood is so much hygienic and taste is also good
