I recently tried Makhani Darbar and was blown away by their Punjabi Kadhai Paneer dish. As a lover of spicy food, I was happy to find that the paneer was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The spice level was just right, adding a kick to the dish without overwhelming it. The restaurant's use of traditional Punjabi flavors really stood out and I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes. Highly recommend for all spice lovers out there!
