Pathetic stay. They are scammers. The hotel was very suspicious and it was completely different from the pictures.  The receptionists looked suspicious too. The room didn't even had a proper lock only a glass door. Washroom was stinking very bad. Dirty place all over. Hair strands were all over the bed. It was really a horrible experience.  I request to refund my money.

This is the worst nightmare place and cannot be called a hotel.  One thing I learnt you can't go by the pictures put up on the websites.  This is an extremely shady place, horrible toilets and bad and unclean rooms.  They sent me to another place which belonged to them, which was even more scary.  Never ever book here.  Fab Hotels, do you even know what is going on???????????

One of the best place to stay in Noida.
Staff was really good the owner was really nice and helpful.
It's an actual couple friendly hotel you wouldn't feel any negative Vibes from staff.
The rooms were clean locality is quite peaceful.
Only issue was we didn't get the AC remote.

I have booked it for my mom and dad. The staff is very cooperative and helpful but There is a hygiene issue with the washroom. I am not satisfied with it. Overall is good.

the room did not look like the photos  on the website, the location sent was wrong (the staff agreed there is an issue with the Google map link), the hotel had no visible sign that said "fabhotel", there was only one heater available (on charge, which is fine) which was broken, and while the staff seemed polite that wasn't helpful at all as the property was just in very poor shape.

had to leave the property at 10:00 and shift to another hotel.

The hotel room was absolutely spotless, and the front desk staff were not only polite but also incredibly attentive to our needs. It made our stay feel like a true getaway

Just 1 thing I would like to say is cleanliness, they should keep the rooms clean specially the washrooms which was a big concern
