When it is time of getting customer, they will respond you like professional but below is our experience today :

We had a dedicated slot of 12 pm but when we reached there it was like a full house there. There was no person to even greet you at all. Everyone was looking clueless and no one was even able to manage the crowd.

The studio is in the basement with very deep stairs which itself is very difficult for any pregnant lady to walk down the stairs.

We waited for about 40 minutes with no formalities done at all. When we escalated, Ms Komal said that since you travelled for 2 hrs why can’t you wait for more time.

Next comes washroom, you are calling pregnant women so the least they expect is to have a basic sanitised washroom but you have Guard washroom to offer which is extremely dirty.

Gowns which has to be wear for shoot was lying on the floor unattended

We escalated and Ms Komal tried to prioritise our slot but it was full of crowd and  our mood got spoiled so we wanted to leave and requested refund which was given to us.

We request you to consider basic needs of a customer so that they feel better at your place

I booked Flicks Photography for our maternity shoot and hiring them was a huge mistake. The team is extremely unprofessional in post production.
They created a whatsapp group for us but they hardly ever reply. We have to wait days just to get a simple answer. They gave us the raw photos but we are still waiting for the edited photos.After multiple calls and massages they finally sent a reel which honestly a kid could make a better video using a phone apps.
So I won't recommend flicks to anyone . Save you special moments by not hiring them.

I have done photoshoot on 14 September 2025.
I have taken a package of 5000/-. They told me that within a week your pictures will be editted and send it back to you once you give us the pictures that you need to be editted. Pictures have been send on 9 October. It has been almost a month still no pictures delivered. Horrible attitude.

Dont go there . They are cheaters. After shoot they are taking full payment and after that they are stop to respond you . Even staff not pick your calls ignore your messages. And They will not listen to you. What they have promise to you . Very bad service. Do not recommend
