I recently visited Sushil Electricals, Sector 104 Noida, and I must say it’s one of the best electrical showrooms in the area. They have a wide range of decorative lights, fans, ACs, geysers, and premium lighting solutions. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely helpful in suggesting the right products according to budget and requirement. Prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable electrical products in Noida.

Extremely poor service and zero accountability. I bought a jhoomer from this shop, and it stopped working the same day it was installed by a qualified electrician. When I reported the issue, the shopkeeper refused to accept that the product was faulty and instead blamed us.
On top of that, he charged extra money for repairs. Even after paying again, only 1 out of 3 lights is working. I paid for a complete 3-light fixture, not a half-working item.
Now they are not answering calls and avoiding responsibility altogether. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Excellent collection of lights and electrical appliances at Sushil Electricals, Sector 104 Noida. Genuine pricing, branded products, and very supportive staff. One of the best showrooms in Noida for fancy lights and home electrical needs. Highly recommended!

Genuine pricing and original branded products. I purchased fans and a geyser, and the experience was smooth from selection to billing. Highly satisfied.

Disappointed with the rude behavior of the owner . Very bad behaviour , bad service , poor quality product . We are facing the issue with the jhoomer, it was defected after installation but no apology or resolution was offered and they charged extra money for this. Now they are not pickup the calls and not getting any response from them.

Poor after sales service.
The owner - Himanshu is very arrogant and rude.
He will entertain you when you go for any purchase but when you reach him for any warranty or any issues,if will simply ignore you and speak rudely with you.
Don’t trust him when he says he will take care of the gaurantee/warranty.

Pathetic service. Arrogant old man and worthless shop owner. No sense of customer service. They forget to recognise you once you pay them. Enter this shop at your own risk.

I had a great experience at this shop. They offer a wide range of quality products at very reasonable prices. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help you find exactly what you need. Their customer service is outstanding.

Absolutely the worst experience with this store.
Don’t be fooled by the fancy exterior — the service is shockingly poor. I’m writing this on behalf of Harshvardhan, the registered buyer of two ACs, and we’ve had nothing but trouble ever since the purchase.

No knowledge of after-sales service, zero communication skills, and absolutely no sense of customer care. Dealing with them has been a frustrating and painful process.

Plenty of better options out there — consider this a warning. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: The owner himself called to scream, shout and pressurise me to remove this comment. He did not care about my experience but repetitidly asked me to either remove the comment or expect no services at all from him in the future, as if he is running a government office that I have to go to.

Horrible experience overall.

Purchased a cooler and had the worst experience ever. It was extremely expensive, and not worth the money at all. The whole process wasted so much of my time, and to make things worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful throughout. Very disappointed with the service and the product. Definitely would not recommend. Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Save your time, money, and sanity—go literally anywhere else.

Very sad state of affairs of this shop. While selling and taking payment they will make all false promises and then when you ask them to perform, they will not pick your call and even if they do, they will give all false excuses. It is my mistake also that I did not read the reviews before purchasing. But let me put it, i will be taking all legal steps against this shop for deficiency of service. However to avoid all such mental agony and harassment, just avoid this shop at all.

Horrible experience,  purchased Eureka forbes enhance RO, started giving problem in few days. My bad, I again purchased LED light, its driver gone bad. Replacement also didn't survive 25 days. Now I am not going to purchase anything from this shop, owner also is rude.. extremely inconvenient

This store is a perfect example of a bad retail unit.
The owner is arrogant and dishonest.
Gives credit note and don't even honor it, their products are either defective or fake. I have recently requested this this guy to atleast have some sense of reliability but I have boycotted this store for life. That's my experience please be aware of products you buy from there. Thanks.

Very very bad experience. Stay away from this shop. It sells defective and used pieces. To attract buyers , its keeps the price a little lower than Amazon or flipkart. And thats the real trap.
I had purchased a cooler.  When i started using it , it had several issues. Shop denied help and i had to chase symphony service guys.
Some parts were missing... some malfunctioning.  It clearly appeared to be rejected item and also used.  Service guy did guess it.

Had got one fan as well. That is also faulty. It sounds since the first day.
