Being a fan of corner house, i was always looking for that unique taste of hot chocolate fudge. Finally I got the best option - nirula's, which I found out was the inspiration of corner house itself. The icecreams are so soft and tasty. Hot chocolate fudge, chocolate sauce has that special quality. Only suggestion is it would have been better if served in a bigger bowl than a tall glass, it will help spread out the chocolate sauce and nuts evenly!

Icecreams were okay. But the place could do with a but more hygiene. The entry from the street is a bit dark and seedy. The temperature inside the outlet was very warm and suffocating. I was sweating. Wonder why they do not switch on the a/cs in an icecream joint!
At a previous occasion there were winged insects inside the shop but that time it was raining heavily.

Poor service by staff. Hot choclate in plastic bag was put in microwave and the same was put in HCF( that was not even hot). Ronit ( franchise guy non trained) makes the ice cream.

Nirula’s ice cream that we all grew eating up but such poor product and mis selling is new normal for this iconic ice cream parlour….The latest mis selling is HOT Butterscotch sunday…..name is amazing and tempting….but now the harsh reality…it is normal vanila icecream kept over some liquid butter scotch sauce…. The ordeal does not end here….staff does not tell you that there is no butterscotch ice cream in there….they simply smile aways as money has been paid …customer cheated … very sad to see the brand loosing customers to this mis selling and very poor customer service.

Every time we visit - staff declines to serve properly. Visited with wife again after 3 days - staff declined. Due to electricity cuts, top layer of ice cream was melted and my wife asked to give frozen ice cream portion. I believe there is a difference why it's called ice cream not milkshake. Just ruining the brand. We went there for HCF. Been regular customer past 15 years of Nirulas HCF
