WARNING: STAY AWAY from Puneet Marwah – Worst Property Dealer Ever!

Dealing with Puneet Marwah from Krishna Property Dealers was one of the most frustrating, infuriating experiences I've ever had. This man has zero professionalism, no respect for people's time, and absolutely NO business being in real estate.

He lied, delayed, and misled at every step — and when confronted, he doubled down instead of taking any accountability. His behavior was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. If you're even considering working with him — DON'T. You're better off dealing with literally ANYONE else.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this person genuinely deserves to be called out. If this review saves even one person from wasting their time, money, and peace of mind — it's worth it.

If you're in the market for a genuine, professional and honest property dealer, steer clear of Mr. Punit (Krishna Properties Noida Sec-110). My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. From the get-go, they were pushy and unprofessional.

Their lack of transparency was alarming, they conveniently hide out crucial details about properties and were evasive when pressed for information. When it came time to negotiate, they were dishonest and manipulative.

To make matters worse, their after-sales service was practically nonexistent. Any issues that arose after rent lease were met with indifference, and getting them to address even the simplest of concerns was like pulling teeth.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealer at all costs. There are plenty of reputable property dealers out there who will treat you with the respect and honesty you deserve.

Puneet Marwaha is a big fraud who committed a lot like Geyser, Gate, Repair, Chimney, etc. and  took advance money and after 1 month he did not deliver anything asked me to vacant flat if you are not satisfy, he is playing game between landlord and tenant and will not allow to stay in flat for long time so that he can ear more and more commission.

90% property listing what he is doing is also frauds, he is doing it to get your number , leads

Behaves like an collector or magistrate. Keeps calling people to his office for trivial things.

He took entire commission as advance. We had agreed on a list of tasks to do before handover of flat which was 15-20 days later, like fixing bathrooms, cleaning construction debris etc etc.

I was naive to pay his commission and on the due date, when handover was there, he asked me to clean the construction debris in the house by myself, fix the bathrooms by myself, all of which was clearly discussed that he would do.

For every discussion, which could have been on a 30 second call, he would say that come to my shop, as if he has done a multimillion dollar deal and we should meet for everything.

While leaving the society, he blocked the movement by colluding with society people, asking me to pay for this and that.

Totally feel harassed and I repent ever meeting him.

A professional team led by the owner himself. Always so positive and forthcoming to assist.

Not a good property dealer. Once you will pay the brokerage amount he won’t even listen what he promised to deliver.

Fraud broker one of the worst took token amount for registering the flat after disagreement never returned strict action needs to be taken against these cheap property builders.

Immense knowledge about properties and documents.
Very helpful and Cooperative.
Good behavior.

Big fraud took advance and now not returning that do not deal with them they keep giving dates
