I wish I could give no stars at all. I hope the pet owners who are reading this review, check the entire situation there and not have the same experience as mine.
We left Brody with them at 10 pm at night and at 11:00, we were told that they don't have the resources to take care of our dog.
Since we live far, we could not go back to take him. Poor Brody was left chained with muzzle on the entire night without any food and water!!! I mean I can't even imagine how scared my baby was the entire night. We put trust in daycares so that our pet is safe and taken cared off, extremely poor service.
If you do not have the resources to handle a scared dog, please tell the family immediately so they can arrange another place.

We received daily 'pupdates', which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel connected to Milo while we were away. When we picked him up, Milo was happy, well-exercised, and clearly had a fantastic time. The facility was spotless, and I felt completely confident in their care.
