Dear Team Manyavar (DLF MALL , SECTOR 18 , NOIDA)

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during a recent purchase at your store, which unfortunately did not align with the brand image and service standards that Manyavar is known for.

I had ordered an Indo-Western outfit and paid ₹2,000 in advance. During my second visit, the staff member who attended me, Vinay, was extremely rude and unprofessional in his behaviour. There was a clear lack of courtesy, patience, and basic customer handling.

At the time of collection, instead of a smooth and respectful delivery experience , Vinay made dismissive and inappropriate remarks regarding the outfit, which was both unnecessary and uncomfortable. This behaviour reflected poor internal coordination and a complete disregard for customer experience.

When a customer chooses a premium brand like Manyavar, they expect not only quality attire but also respectful and professional service. Unfortunately, in this instance, the service fell far below expectations.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to ensure such experiences are not repeated for future customers. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this feedback and clarity on how this issue will be addressed.

Tailor master ji’s behaviour is not good, i visited 5th time and bought material approx 70k but he did not cooperate. For small alteration, he said come next day. This is not good.
