Reached out to Dr. Kapoor after a severe gall bladder infection and later for a robotic cholecystectomy. He is a wonderful doctor and very sensitive towards his patients. The robotic procedure was really swift and painless, i was discharged the very next day and the recovery was on point. Totally recommend him for all surgical gastroenterology procedures.

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed to see Dr. Rajesh Kapoor’s name repeatedly mentioned on our hospital bill, despite the fact that I never met him even once during our admission at Max Hospital, Sector 128.

We were charged for multiple consultation visits under his name, but no such consultations ever happened. When questioned, the hospital staff vaguely stated that “someone from his team must have visited,” which is unacceptable. If a senior doctor’s name is being billed, the patient has the right to actually see or speak to that doctor.

This creates a strong impression that the doctor’s name is being used as a billing tool, turning healthcare into a money-making machine rather than patient care. Patients come in emergencies and are already vulnerable loading them with false or unexplained charges is highly unethical.

Whether this is the doctor’s direct practice or hospital misuse of his name, it seriously damages trust. Transparency and accountability are completely missing. SCAMMERS
