Do not go for wall paper installation with them. The prices are just unreasonable.

What was supposed to be an exciting interior journey turned into one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences for my family.

We engaged Square Yards’ interior services (Project IDs: INCO594520 & INCO1395893), trusting their brand and promises. After taking payment, execution practically never started. For over a month, there was no clear scope, no timeline, no ownership, and no work on site—despite endless follow-ups.

Key issues:

No defined execution plan or timeline

Different people giving contradictory answers

Continuous delays with zero accountability

No senior management intervention despite escalation

Asked to give feedback before any service actually began

Employees informally pushing external vendors, defeating the whole point of a “managed” interior service

Because of their commitments, I rented an alternate house and paid a full month’s rent expecting work to start. That trust cost me money, time, and peace of mind.

The most disturbing part was the conduct of an employee named Saiyam, whose behavior caused significant emotional distress—not just to me, but to my 72-year-old mother. She is now genuinely fearful of dealing with professional service companies again. No customer—especially a senior citizen—should ever leave with that feeling.

This experience exposed serious process failures, lack of accountability, and absence of leadership visibility. When things went wrong, there was simply no one willing to take responsibility.

I am now seeking a full refund and closure, but more importantly, I feel obligated to warn others:
If you value your time, money, or mental peace, think twice before trusting Square Yards’ interior services.

Very disappointing and not what one expects from a brand of this scale.

They are highly priced & take huge amount which includes services as well and within 6 month things are not working properly and when you raise Service request there is no response , it's been more than 40 days I am following with them but after completion of work they don't care ,So will not recommend this company at all

I honestly regret choosing interior company for my home. The project started in January with a clear commitment of completion within 90 days, but even now the work is nowhere close to being finished. Delays are one thing, but the complete lack of accountability and professionalism is what makes this experience extremely frustrating.

The sales and designing team made multiple promises at the time of closing the deal, most of which have turned out to be completely false. Several 2D designs were never shown to us and were later executed differently from the 3D designs shared earlier. When questioned, the team simply denied it and claimed that everything had been shown, which is absolutely untrue.

The sales manager Mr Deepanshu Shandil, who was extremely proactive before the deal was signed, has now completely stopped responding to calls and messages. This kind of behavior after taking a client’s money is highly unprofessional. What’s even more disappointing is that the senior manager Mr Shankar Munjoo, who is responsible for overseeing everything, has failed to provide any concrete solutions despite repeated escalations.

The execution and planning teams are no better. The vendors assigned to the project are of very poor quality, and the workmanship clearly reflects that. Instead of taking responsibility, the team conveniently shifts the blame onto the builder, which feels like a standard excuse rather than a genuine issue.

We had informed them regarding our grehpraveh pooja 1 month in advance and requested for 2 rooms and basic cleaning to be done before that but to our surprise neither the cleaning was done nor the room selected for pooja had light connection which turned out to be big embarrassment for us.

Considering the amount of money being charged, one would at least expect decent quality or at the very least proper management and coordination. Unfortunately, both have been extremely poor in this case. There is a serious lack of communication, planning, and ownership across the entire team.

Most of the work is outsourced to vendors who are pathetic, better to get it done by yourself as you will going to have a very constant headache dealing with them.

Overall, this has been a highly disappointing and stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to think multiple times before engaging with this company.
