The hotel is well located in Sector 19, Noida, with easy access to nearby markets and business areas. It’s convenient for short work trips and quick stays within central Noida.

Check-in was fairly smooth. The staff were polite, but service responsiveness needs improvement. Most requests — whether for room service or basic assistance — required multiple reminders, and delays were common. While the team was courteous, the overall efficiency didn’t match expectations for a comfortable business stay.

The rooms are functional and reasonably sized for short stays. However, hygiene was a concern. Towels were stained on all days of my stay, which is disappointing and unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. Fresh linen is a basic expectation, especially in a business hotel.

The TV also did not function smoothly. During the India–Pakistan match, the screen kept getting stuck frequently, and despite raising the issue, it couldn’t be repaired. Eventually, I had to watch the match on my mobile — not ideal at all, especially during such a high-voltage game.

Food was actually one of the better aspects of the stay. The taste was good, and the meals were enjoyable. However, service delays extended to dining as well — orders often took longer than expected and required follow-ups.

I had an extremely distressing experience at this property, and I strongly advise others—especially women traveling alone—not to consider this place for their stay. I had booked a full month for my internship and paid in advance, but towards the last week, the management abruptly informed me that I must vacate the room immediately because they had accepted an advance from another guest. This was done without any prior notice, without offering an alternative accommodation, and without showing the slightest concern for my safety or well-being as a solo female guest.
My stay felt unsafe and unstable throughout. The management’s behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. They have still not returned my deposit despite repeated follow-ups, and their approach to guests is extremely hostile and dismissive. The staff are equally uncooperative, and the overall environment is uncomfortable and intimidating.
The basic facilities are no better—food is highly unhygienic, cleanliness is ignored, and the general upkeep of the place is extremely poor. Nothing about this establishment reflects reliability, respect, or responsibility.
Even if someone is willing to pay the full amount, the treatment here is unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. For your safety, peace of mind, and basic dignity, please look elsewhere.

Room was ok, but room service is pathetic,,, very limited options in breakfast. TV is not working,  wifi is working,

The amount which they charged,  I was hoped for some better services.

I will never come back again..and not suggest anyone to come at this hotel at this cost

Horrible Experience – Total Waste of Money

I had booked my room in advance, expecting a comfortable stay, but what I experienced was completely unacceptable. When I entered the room, it was full of dust everywhere except the bed. I immediately complained, and instead of properly cleaning, the staff only wiped the table.

The condition of the washroom was even worse – there was no shower gel, no hand wash, and the shower wasn’t working at all. Even the tap wouldn’t release water unless pressed continuously.

To add to the misery, the geyser was not working, and when I complained, they told me I should have switched on some button 15 minutes in advance – even after doing that, it still didn’t work.

I honestly feel cheated. The hygiene, facilities, and service were far below basic standards. Such a terrible experience – I regret spending my money here. Not recommended at all.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were really helpful. Food was great.

I had a visit for my business trip. Need to visit customers which are in nearby vicinity, so it was good to travel from the nearby distance.
A junction is nearby on a walking distance of 3 to 5 mins. Where you can easily get metro as well as electric auto, to travel nearby.
I got an upgrade of rooms, thanks to their team. Food was good and delicious.
Team was good with good hospitality.
