Initially, I thought I had found the perfect PG with a good owner and a nice locality. However, after just a week, the harsh reality set in. Before you pay, the owner treats you like God, but once the payment is made, everything changes. I was promised a working A.C. in my room within two days, yet 22 days later, it still isn't fixed. When the rains started, the roof began leaking, and despite the owner's assurances, nothing has been done. It has been 15 days, and the roof still leaks.

#Food - The food is absolutely terrible. Be prepared to eat out.
#Owner - Completely unresponsive once the payment is made.
#Cleanliness- Rooms are cleaned once a week, and toilets only once a month.
#Power Backup - There is none. Expect to sit in the dark during power outages.
#Water- The water is contaminated, causing me severe hair fall within a month, something I never experienced before and without any family history of hair loss.

Avoid this place at all costs. The reviews are fake, and the reality is a nightmare.

Good PG for Jain people also who don't eat non-veg at affordable rate.

Best food in noida. There is no other pg serving this quality level of food.

Very quick execution on every problem with good service. Excellent  accommodation.

Good PG to stay in noida. Best and most comfortable PG. Good Locality.
