Rooms are spacious, food is good and rent is reasonable. But, roads are narrow and dirty.
Rent:-
Single seat, in a two-person room= 7,000 rupees monthly.
Full room, for a single person= 9,500 rupees.
Security= 3000 rupees.
Electric meter rating= 10 rupees per unit.
Leave notice is of 15 days.

I would give 2 star bcz room needs to be cleaned properly and fumigated... i found 2 big cockroaches in my room which was on ground floor... rest everything was good... food is really very good hygienic and tasty... staff behavior os also very good... street is quite narrow near pg so we have to go to main road for any cab or auto... parking facility for bike also available there...

Till January 2018 i was there.
In each meal whether it's break fast lunch or dinner, they use stale food.
Prices are 6500 for double sharing.
5500 for triple sharing
7500 for single.
In above all 3 times meal are included except Sunday with no food at afternoon.
If you don't want food for any time then minus Rs 500 for each meal you don't want to have.
Cooler charges extra.
Worst food. Sometimes you can vommit too.

Good pg at low cost .. if you ignore locality, everything is okay

The behavior of the PG owner is extremely disappointing. They make false promises and fail to provide the basic services they assure at the time of agreement. Once you pay the rent, they ignore your messages, and if you try to discuss the issues, they respond rudely.

I strongly recommend avoiding this PG. This is not just my feedback; it reflects the experience of everyone living here. 🙏

Yes this pg is for only 1 star,, the owner of pg is very disappointed man, he do fake promise to you about food and cut of electricity he started ganerater also but in very late. I live in this pg only for one month because he asked me every morning that how many parathe i eat ??
He will not telling you that their food is limited for you,, he tell me food is unlimited before i join this pg and after i join this pg then he tell me that thing

I have stayed in here for 3 months. It is a good pg if we talk about cost effectiveness. Big rooms with separate washrooms. Food is also fine. The downside of it contains 2 things , firstly the locality ain't much good. Secondly WiFi is not much strong.

One of the worst place i have ever experienced..owner is having very very bad attitude..strictly saying dont go to “sunshine PG” for stay..if someone is going outside from his room for someday and locking the room ..still they are giving room in the absence of the guy who is living there and making money from it..location is also very interior cannot get ola, uber..even ola uber cannot go inside….really very disappointed with the behaviour of the owner..they must keep some humanity if they want to run his business..

The best PG in sector 22 for living at low cost with neat and clear room.
And the overall environment is also good
They have all facilities like WiFi, Power backup, Cooler, Separate room with attached bathroom, etc
Overall nice experience

This is one of best pg and with affordable price than other noida pgs, with food and rooms are best.

i am like u, i was finding pg with affordable price. I called all pg in noida near sector 22.

Some pgs are taking rent 5.5k without giving food and they was convincing me to take additional tipping service. It was very expensive. So I made list for all pg's services, rent, food type. After comparison, I found sunshine pg 👍😅😀

Morning Food:

Tva Roti, Refind Prathe, Tea and changeable sabj

Time: 8:00Am to 9:00Am exclude Sunday (9:00Am to 10:00Am)

Packing: Yes, you can -
6-7 tva Roti ya 4-5 prathe or sabji

Evening Food:

3-4 types ke sabji, roti, rice others (kher puri) with different days

Time: 9:00Pm to 10:00Pm

Not packing: Sunday

I lived there for 2 years 2022 & 2023. They provide good food, and mineral water in 9k. They charge additional electricity charge. I have a great experience there.

Clean , Affordable Rooms. Food is hygienic. Good for MMD Exam stay.

Good place for students and people coming to MMD Delhi/Noida for work. Single room with breakfast and lunch are much more cheaper than hotels and with good hygiene. I visit this place for having hostel experience and short stays.

The location of pg is in very bad place where u cant enter with cabs

This Pg is fine to live, but not easily accessible.
Food is generally fine but sometime it's not what you like.
Mobile network sometime glitch, WiFi is ok, sometime like hell.
Roads leading to Pg are narrow, during rain , like hell.
Locality is all desi.
Pg is clean buy the way.
5.5k for 3 seater and 6.5k for 3 seater including 3 time food.
Bike parking space .
Security camera on every floor.
Geyser for few months in winter, cold purified water in summer.

It's not like PG, like home.the PG manager take care my brother, when he was sick.
Provide normal and healthy food.
rent is minimum

Neat and clean rooms with small kitchen like area and attach bathrooms and new building with good water supply.Good arrangements. Only drawback is the locality nearby is very conjusted and dirty.

Food is good but the owner applies too much restrictions, very very bad network in this area even 5G wifi does not work
