I had the worst experience at this place. The makeup looked so bad i had to get all removed and do it by myself at home. The person doing it had no basic concept of makeup. Her idea of makeup is just to put products on face and not enhancing anything about it. It was a disaster. She made eyebrows as thick as a man, eyes so droopy (eyeliner pointed downwards), highlighter was so misplaced. Overall it was a nightmare for me. After all that she had to ask how will i do my payment (half of which i had already made while booking).

Very disappointing experience at Geetanjali.
Despite being a loyal customer for 15+ years, this branch had poor hygiene, no proper pedicure station. I was overcharged for a standard pedicure, not given a bill, and my membership discount was not applied despite giving them mobile no of membership.
This is not the quality or transparency expected from a brand like Geetanjali.

I would highly recommend that you never visit Geetanjali Salon. They are complete fraudsters. There is a lady named MEENU. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not, but she acts over-smart and tries to take extra money from customers by bluffing. And it’s not just her, the entire staff seems to be doing the same thing.
They do not have fixed prices for their services, which makes it very easy for them to overcharge you. So if you still decide to go there, make sure you ask the prices beforehand and negotiate. Since their prices are not fixed, you definitely have room to bargain.
Be careful and don’t fall for their tricks

Highly disappointed with the service. I have been a customer for over 5 years now and for the past few months I am avoiding this place as much as possible. Yet I went for my head wash they charged me 413 for the pathetic service that they provided me it felt like washing my hair at home. No massage just a single wash and they din’t even dried my hair properly.

I’m sharing my experience with Gitanjali Salon to caution others about their inconsistent pricing and unprofessional behavior. During a previous visit, I was quoted ₹1500 for a head scrub by a staff member named Tannu. However, when I went downstairs to make the payment, I was suddenly told it was ₹2000 due to the “length of my hair.” I paid the higher amount, assuming it was a one-off situation.

Later, my friend with the exact same hair length received the same head scrub and was charged only ₹1500. This clearly confirmed that I had been overcharged. I called Gitanjali to raise the issue and even had voice recordings of the entire interaction. Initially, they gave me various inconsistent explanations, but eventually agreed to credit ₹500 back to my service package.

However, during my next visit for a root touch-up, I discovered that the promised refund was never actually added to my account. When I asked them about it, the staff — including Tannu, Meenu, and a short, healthy man who handles the cashier counter — responded rudely, saying they didn’t refund it because I had left a negative Google review. I reminded them that my review reflected my genuine experience and that refunding my money wasn’t optional — it was their responsibility. After a long argument, they finally added the ₹500 to my package, but only after I insisted and wasted a lot of time and energy.

This place lacks transparency, professionalism, and fixed pricing. Their charges seem to depend on how you look or what they assume you can afford — not on an actual price list. I strongly advise against taking any services from them. Stay away from staff like Meenu, Tannu, and the cashier — they are not honest, and dealing with them has been exhausting and frustrating.
