Owner is very good,staff is good and provides good service, only challenge is communication with front staff,she is good in making customers    but later on after taking service she suddenly start charging for more money,she should focus to sustain customers with the service she is trying to give in starting,  money is not a problem but the way manipulation done is not acceptable. With this attitude they will only loose customers.i request to the front desk lady to work on communication to have more clarity to customers on one go.

Total waste of money, they don’t know professionalism as they don’t have oils for head massage (only coconut oil was available) I regret going to this salon as the service was really bad. Even after the shampoo, the oil was still there and they didn’t even dry my hair. The ambiance is not good. Its total waste of time and money.

Worst experience ever! I spent almost 10 hours at this salon (1 PM to 10:15 PM), and still, the result was nothing like what I asked for. They applied 3–4 different colors on my hair, leaving me with multiple random shades instead of the one I wanted. On top of that, my hair fall started after the coloring.

A professional salon is expected to respect the customer’s time, money, and hair health — but this place failed in all aspects.

Overall, my experience was terrible and a complete waste of time and money. I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone for hair coloring.

Very very bad experience..I have done kara-smoothing at this saloon...I have followed all the care suggested by the staff, however my hair stared getting freeze and damaged in 15 days of treatment as it was earlier. The saloon denied their mistake of not doing it properly. This was not my first time of kera-smoothing... Earlier my treatment was last for 1.5 year

The staff is very inexperienced. The products they use is of low quality. Very cheap place with staffs having no experience.  Quality is not at all good. Ruined my daughter's hair for an important event and talked back when confronted. Made my daughter's hair uneven and argued back saying "You asked me to trim her hair and that's what I did" A very bad experience.  Won't recommend anyone to try this place out.

THE CHEATERS SALON! BEWARE! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Before visiting them, I contacted the owner to ask them whether they accept the vouchers purchased from Magicpin. She told me the specific vouchers which they accept. After confirming from them, I purchased it.
Next day when I went there, they refused to accept the voucher .First she told me that you didn't take an appointment. The whole of the salon was empty and not even 1 customer was there. I said okay you give me an appointment. When she realized that she has not given an appropriate excuse, then she told me that we have some issue with Magicpin, and hence we cannot accept your voucher.
She is a clear cheater who just knows how to manipulate customers. Never ever visit this 3rd class salon. Now I can clearly understand why this cheat salon was empty. Treating your customers like this will surely lead to closing this cheat salon.
