Impressed with the services of the staff... specifically, Deepesh who was fairly proactive in resolving all quieres in effective manner for coordinating the sample-collection and very much satisfied with the quality of diagnostic results as well. The test reports were genuine and also matched to my expectations. As scope of improvement, suggest more economical prices for selective test requirements of the customers/patients.

Had a bad experience with biocity healthcare services & the quality of test reports. Huge variance in the test reports from them, our doctor had to suggest us to go for retests from a different lab.. could see the gap after comparing the reports. will not go for their checkup again. ever... also response to complaint was not casually.

Poor service. They said my test result will come in 72 hrs due of overloaded work but even after 5 days they are not able to provide me RTPCR report. Kya mere Marne ke baad report doge tumlog. Bus ki Nahi thi to pehle mana Kar dete.. Mai kahi aur se test Karwa Leta. Also your agent always says check Kar ke batata hi but never reply back. Don't play with life of others.

All comments given on their page are false and given by Biocity staff and their friends only.

They are cheating just to earn money.

1.First time Blood  sample lete hai camp ke bahene.
2. Second time issue batake phir  blood sample lenge 1800 rupay  bhi lenge 3.Phir bhi report nahi dete hai. Doctor only phone per issue bata kar phir medicine ke liye charge karenge ,medicine ka naam nahi batate hai.
4.Medicine  online delivery karenge and price bhi above 1000 se uper hota hai .

Agar 1 star se kam rating dene ka option hota to inhe wo deta mai. Inse galti se 1 bar test kra liya tha 2 sal pehle tab se lekar aaj tak inke har dusre din call aa jate hain 5000 wala test offer chal raha hai wo 1299 mein ho jayega or inhe galiya de dekar thak gya hu bhai mera number hta do apne system se lekin itni ghatiya company hai ye itne besharam hai fir do din bad call aa jata hai or same vhi dialogue.
