The classes lacked proper organization, and many important concepts were not explained clearly, which made it difficult for our child to build a strong understanding of the subjects. There was little attention given to tracking progress or addressing weaknesses, and doubts often remained unresolved.

• No regular tests were conducted after the initial phase
• Only 2–4 tests were taken at the beginning
• Tests that were conducted were not properly checked
• No feedback or performance discussion was provided
• Marks were not shared with parents, reflecting a lack of transparency
• The major 80-mark test in both subjects was repeatedly postponed and ultimately not conducted
• No proper revision was done in the last 15 days before exams
• My final exam performance has been poor due to lack of adequate preparation support
• There was no follow-up from your side to even ask about our child’s results after the exams

We expect a higher level of professionalism and responsibility in such an important role.
