Overall great experience with the hairdressers of Geetanjali. The salon itself is beautiful with great interiors, and the staff is very welcoming and professional. My only concern was that the highlights turned out a bit darker than I expected—I would have preferred them lighter—and clearer communication during the process would have helped. That said, the staff is very knowledgeable and took the time to give thoughtful recommendations on products to use. I also had a great experience with their facial and eyebrow services. Overall, it’s a high-quality salon with educated staff and a great atmosphere. Would definitely go again!

I got a haircut and a hair spa treatment done by Tanzeem at Geetanjali Studio, and the experience was excellent. He really understands hair and takes the time to listen to what you want before suggesting what would suit you best. The haircut was precise and styled perfectly, and the hair spa was extremely relaxing and left my hair feeling healthy and refreshed.

My friend and I have been going to him regularly, and he has been consistently great every single time. Very professional, skilled, and friendly.

We’ve been going there since the opening day! I’ve visited three Geetanjali stores, and this one is definitely the best. Rijwan has cut my hair twice, and I have no complaints, he’s professional, quick, and very talented. For eyebrows, I was a bit worried since they usually get ruined, but Mahi took care of them really well. Overall, the service is excellent, and the staff are genuinely nice.
The head massages are truly relaxing and worth it!
P.S.- Make sure to book your appointments in advance, especially on weekends.

This review is not about the salon’s services, but about an unpleasant experience I had at the front desk.
I visited the salon briefly to use the washroom, which, as per Indian law, is available for public use. When I arrived, I informed the receptionist that I only needed to use the washroom. However, her attitude was unwelcoming and rude. After I used the washroom, she began arguing with me, claiming that I hadn’t asked for permission, which was untrue.
The confrontation was unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a professionally working in a customer facing role, this kind of behaviour is disappointing and not what one would expect. I believe guests should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of whether they are immediate clients or not.
My aunt has been a regular customer at this salon, but after this experience, she will no longer be visiting. I sincerely hope the management addresses this and ensures that all guests are treated equally, as anyone could be a future customer.
