It has IndusInd Bank ATM, toilets and lifts on both entry sides. Staff is rude, misinforms people and is disinterested in doing their work. They even overcharge and mock at customers. They work like snails. The policemen will sit with hands in their pockets and will not even make the effort to roll the luggage checking machine. I have to shove our things in the machine. Incompetent ticket and on duty staff.

During office hours, most of the time metro is late. And usually they start metro from noida city centre to only Akshardham during office hours which causes too much crowd for next metro.
Increase the frequency of metro during peak hours.
