Nice experience while purchasing the car from Cars 24. Process was hassle free because of the staff there, specially Mr Sandeep Nanda from finance department and Mr. Raju from sales has helped me to get my car delivered on time.

I have purchased the Maruti Suzuki Celerio X ZXI model which is a nice car and Mr. Saksham, Sandeep Nanda finance department and Cars24 team helped me to go through all process without any problem. Thanks for getting my car on time.

This parking has lots of space distributed over multiple floors. Charges are also nominal. Rs 30 for fist 6 hours. Botanical garden metro station is also at walking distance.
It’s open 24 hours.

Hunk and Bigger MultiLevel Car parking in front of Botanical Garden Metro station and Bus Stand. In Noida you won't get such giant parking lot very near to your favorite place like GIP, Atta market, metro stations and nearest hospitals are Kailash, Vinayak. It's completed let's see when it will get open.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the pathetic and unprofessional service provided by Cars24. On 23rd April, I paid a token amount which got stuck, and it took them 5 long days to refund it. But the horror story didn't end there. Even while purchasing a car, on 29th April my amount of 49017 got stuck, and despite my repeated calls to their Noida 18 branch, I have received no help whatsoever.

Their higher management seems to be completely ignorant of the issue, and the staff at the Noida 18 branch are unhelpful, rude, and disconnected. Every time I call them, they give me false assurances of resolving the issue, and then disconnect the call without any progress. I have been patiently waiting for my money for the past 10 days, but their blatant disregard for their customer's time and money is unacceptable.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Cars24 and their fraudulent practices. Their lack of customer service and unprofessionalism is shocking, and I will make sure to spread the word about their incompetence. If you value your time and money, do not trust Cars24 with your business.

Mr  ayush at Cars24 provided an exceptional customer experience. Her expertise, attention to detail, and personalized service made the car-selling process seamless. Her proactive communication and genuine care were truly remarkable. Highly recommended and finance team also help me on paper work. No provide me best roi thank you team khushboo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another case of Public fraud. A parking lot which is built using public funds for solving problems of the public, is now being used by private companies like Cars24, Blu Smart, Toyota, Tata, MG, Honda and others as a private warehouse. Public access is limited to a few spots. I hope the UP Govt. and CM Yogi take action against this gross misconduct.

It's being an amazing experience buying my car from care24.....supporting staff and easy process. ....a great thanks to  Mr.Saunvir car advisor  who assist me and help to get a good car and  Mr.Devraj for the finance process to be smooth and  easy.

Very big parking space not that many cars. Also, it takes a lot of walking after parking your car to reach the metro station platforms. the direct bridge connecting this parking and the metro station is shut down. But ample parking space so that's the only plus. And they charge Rs. 30 for first 6 hours.

Cars 24 giving a great service to their customers as i was so afraid to get the car from there but after buying the car i was happy for the right decision I have taken to get the car from cars24.
And Mr.Raju helped us to get our car in the easiest way.
